If I could give a zero I would. Went in at 4:10 today. They close at 5:00 not sure if either lady spoke. I said almost closing time. No one smiled, the one with the piercing in her lip just kept rubbing her neck looking mad. The other proceed to take items out of the counter top putting them on the tray to put away. Not to see what I was about to order. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming and disrespectful for a customer. Poor customer service. My second time visiting the first time appeared to be a older lady. I will not go back. Young people 🙄 poor customer service

I can’t say ENOUGH WONDERFUL things about this bakery! MEREDITH truly worked MAGIC💛 I came to her with two cakes that had been damaged, and she completely transformed them. You would never have known anything had happened!!! The cakes looked absolutely beautiful, and her talent, attention to detail, and willingness to help on short notice meant so much to me. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing cakes and exceptional service! 💕🎂✨ Side note: the cake was ready the NEXT MORNING !!!!

Stopped by Amoroso’s Bakery #2 in Greensboro, NC to check it out and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking for a great local bakery in Greensboro with quality coffee and fresh baked goods, this is exactly the kind of spot you want to find. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxed. It’s the type of place you can actually sit down and enjoy your time instead of feeling rushed. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I grabbed an iced coffee and a chocolate oat cookie and both were excellent. The coffee was smooth and well balanced, not overly sweet, and the cookie tasted fresh with a perfect texture. You can tell they put real care into what they’re making. This is easily one of the better bakery and coffee shop spots in Greensboro. If you’re searching for a bakery near me, coffee shop in Greensboro, or fresh baked desserts, Amoroso’s Bakery #2 is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back.

Due to a fast food restaurant's mistake, I took a detour and found this shop. It immediately turned my frown, upside down! This shop is serious competition for the other popular cake shop in Greensboro. I dare say, it's even better! Try it, you'll like it!

The sweet potato cake was really sweet and moist, tasted almost like pumpkin spice cheesecake or carrot cake. 😆 The workers were very nice and bubbly, and they were also helpful with the menu options to pick from. I love the cute little comfy atmosphere that's super cozy and fun to rest at while eating a sweet treat or resting from a hard day at work. They also sell milk for a dollar or two, which was definitely needed for the moist cake, so I'd recommend getting it as a side drink. I have one issue, though: the prices are quite expensive and just a bit too high on some items. Will come again in the future, though!
